Strength & Conditioning
Expect to sweat in this full-body Strength + Conditioning class designed to build power, endurance and energy. Targeted strength work, functional movement circuits and core training will pair with an energizing atmosphere and a supportive, all-levels environment.
Hand weights are optional, with 2, 3 and 5-lb. sets provided. You're invited to bring your own weights, up to 8 lbs. only please! Also plan to bring your water bottle. This class is family-friendly, so please bring your kiddos who would enjoy moving in a group
