Signature mixed-levels yoga class fuses guided breathing with creatively sequenced asana to help you focus the mind and find greater freedom within your body. We begin with seated poses before making our way to standing, with peak asana taking us through a few vinyasa transitions. The majority of class is individually paced with your breath guiding your unique pace of movement. Please let your instructor know if you require any special modifications before class.
